The Casio WaiMaths Quiz Competition is hosted annually during MathsWeek NZ. The competition involves teams of three students competing to complete a series of rich problem-solving questions. Teams need to balance taking time to solve and keeping an eye on the clock, knowing when to pass, and when to try again on a question.
Waimaths 2025 is being held on Thursday 21st August at Hamilton Boys High School. Detailed information and registration is available by clicking the links below.
In order to take part in Waimaths 2025, schools must be members of the Waikato Mathematical Association.
